Class Description
Class I - School Related Only School district affiliated and/or sponsored organizations and/or programs.
Class II - 75% In-District Scouts This category of user is for nonprofit, in-district Scouts where 75% or more of the program participants are SD308 students. This category must pay all fees documented on the Fee Schedule including staff, equipment and other out of pocket costs incurred by the District.
Class III - Out-of-District Scouts

This category of user is for nonprofit, out-of-district Scouts and/or less than 75% enrolled in-district participantsThis category must pay all fees documented on the Fee Schedule including staff, equipment and other out of pocket costs incurred by the District.

Class IV - Non-Profit Non-Profit Youth organizations such as YMCA, community sports leagues, athletic organizations
Class V - IGA

This Classification is for BOE approved Intergovernmental Agreements between the District and local municipalities.

Class VI - For-Profit This category of user is for all for profit individuals and organizations, regardless of the purpose for their use of facilities.  Any activity of a profit-making organization for the purpose of donating profits or proceeds to the District, or a public charity, does not exempt the individual and/or organization from these fees.

If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests on your own behalf (i.e. not for a group, team, club, etc), use your first and last name as the Group Name.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.
